Microgreens 'Mild Mix'

The varieties in this custom mix will all be the perfect size at the same time. Mild Mix microgreens can be grown indoors at any time of year and are a nutrient-packed way to get your "green fix" in winter. Move containers as needed for best light exposure and temperature (65°–75°F). Microgreens are ready to harvest in about 5 to 10 days after sowing, when they have cotyledons (first leaves), or when the first true leaves (second set of leaves) have begun to form, depending on preference.

Mix includes: 20% Bull's Blood beet, 20% Rad Acre cabbage, 20% kohlrabi, 20% Pac Choi cabbage, 20% Lucullus swiss chard
